Stare at this long long enough
and it looks like
Ken is flying through a dark sky! |
Madison, WI - A beaver from
northern Montana named Ken swam and portaged all the way
to Madison to challenge the victory of Grin, the Wisconsin
beaver that won the Great Outdoors Games
open class log-topping
contest last week! Grin wandered onto the Great Outdoors
Games location and proceeded to dispatch several human competitors
including defending champ Walt Blebski on his way to the
title, but Ken says Grin is barely in the beavers' own Top
Ten rankings. "Grin's got stones," said Ken, "but
'wandered onto the location?!' You're buyin' that?"
Ken said Grin knew what he was doing all along and picked
a "weak field" in which to make his mark. "Blebski's
a drunk and there were no other beavers! Head to head, me
and him, now," said Ken. "And don't give me any
'gotta plug the dam' crap. Drop the perch out of your mouth,
you fat, stubby little scumbag, and get it ON!" ESPN
officials have beefed up security at their Bristol headquarters
in case there is an organized beaver protest.
