Beverly Hills, CA - Representatives
of the rock band Aerosmith have announced that
former Washington State and Alabama
head football coach Mike Price has been hired
to head up security for the band's ongoing world tour. "His
'security' experience is exactly what we need," said a winking
agent Alan Rizzo. Price, who was at WSU for over a decade and
at Alabama for minus-one season, is expected to bring fresh new
strategies to concert security based on his knowledge of zone
defenses. "But we really dig the way handles the lady side
of his 'security' duties," said the irritatingly winking
Rizzo, "That's the kind of 'security' Steven Tyler,
uhh, demands. Plus he drank Joe Perry under the
table at Starstrip last night. The girls knew him from his PAC-10
days." Price was locked in the John Belushi
bungalow at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood and could not be reached
for comment.
