County Snark, Ireland - Ireland's
Undersecretary of Luck Thom O'Plumpycockle announced Monday
that he will not ship two tons of luck to the USA for St.
Patrick's Day because Notre Dame
did not make the NCAA tournament field.
"The hell wit' yas!" shouted O'Plumpycockle, "and
besides, yas are sure to be wastin' most o' the luck on
buggerin' lassies anyhoo, ya damn horny nation! No wonder
Florida's in the shape of a weenie! Your F and C and C may
be onta somethin' thar, ya lewd bastards, have ya ever thought
a that?!" O'Plumpycockle said he would send a small
amount of luck to Gonzaga (NCAA tourney)
and Notre Dame (NIT) by diplomatic pouch.
"And you'd best leave the laddie alone who brungs it,"
he added, "or I'll take a switch to yas, I will!"
